BBS IDC
The India Delivery Center (IDC) is a BBS-internal service provider of Information Technology. The IDC offers service to Bayer customers globally. Customers benefit from IT services at competitive prices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The IDC makes use of a large pool of technically qualified employees proving flexibility upon customer demand. The IDC staff has qualified know-how on Bayer processes.
The IDC provides service in the areas of:
- Custom Made Applications (CMA)
- IT Operations (ITO)
- SAP Application Operation Support (SAP AOS)
- SAP Application Support & Development (SAP ASAD)
The mission of the IDC is to provide cost effective IT services to BBS worldwide. The IDC supports the internationalization of BBS and strengthens BBS’ presence in Asia Pacific. Moreover, the strategic setup of the IDC in India supports Bayer’s growing business in the country.
