A three member Complaints Committee, headed by a woman (Shirin V. Balsara, General Counsel & Company Secretary) has been constituted; and to prevent the possibility of any undue pressure or influence from senior levels, the Complaints Committee consists also of Ms. Bhawana Mishra as an outside neutral representative. Mr. K. S. Harish, Vice President – Human Resources is the third Committee member.
