The Bayer Prevention of Sexual Harassment
Policy has been formed to prohibit, prevent or deter
the commission of acts of sexual harassment at workplace
and to provide the procedure for the redressal of complaints
pertaining to sexual harassment. A three member Complaints
Committee, headed by a woman (Shirin V. Balsara, General
Counsel & Company Secretary) has been constituted;
and to prevent the possibility of any undue pressure
or influence from senior levels, the Complaints Committee
consists also of Ms. Bhawana Mishra as an outside neutral
representative. Mr. K. S. Harish, Vice President –
Human Resources is the third Committee member. |
